Our Commitment to Accessibility

The City of Manteca is committed to ensuring that its official website is accessible to all residents, including those with disabilities. We strive to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).

Conformance Status

The City of Manteca is actively working to achieve and maintain conformance with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. This effort is ongoing as part of our compliance with Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and the U.S. Department of Justice web accessibility regulations with an effective compliance deadline of April 2026.

We are currently monitoring and remediating accessibility issues across all department pages and documents using automated and manual testing tools.

  • Older PDF documents that have not yet been made fully accessible
