 SEALED BIDS will be received by the City Clerk of the City of Manteca at 1001 West Center Street, Manteca, California until 2:00 p.m. Pacific Time, Tuesday March 11, 2025, for the WQCF Sludge Thickener and Dewatering Unit No. 3 Project CIP 24006 & 24007 (Project).

A MANDATORY PRE-BID MEETING AND JOB WALK will be held as follows:
1. DATE/TIME: Thursday, February 6, 2025 at 2:00 p.m.
2. LOCATION: WQCF 2450 W Yosemite Ave, Manteca, CA 95337
3. GENERAL: No other pre-bid meetings or job site visits will be scheduled.
4. The deadline to submit questions and/or inquiries is 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time, February 17, 2025

Due to weather, the City has scheduled another mandatory prebid meeting and job walk. Bidders who already attended the first mandatory pre-bid meeting and job walk on February 6, 2025, do not need to attend.

A SECOND MANDATORY PRE-BID MEETING AND JOB WALK will be held as follows:
1. DATE/TIME: Thursday, February 27, 2025 at 1:00 p.m.
2. LOCATION: WQCF 2450 W Yosemite Ave, Manteca, CA 95337
3. GENERAL: No other pre-bid meetings or job site visits will be scheduled.
4. The deadline to submit questions and/or inquiries is extended to 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time, March 3, 2025
